THE HEART OF THE SESSION
As we follow Jesus, we often find ourselves stuck—facing the same struggles and circling the same mountains.
Heart Counseling is a space to stop the "doing" and start "beholding." We invite the Holy Spirit into the deep places of the heart—places no human could reach alone—to uncover the roots of negative patterns.
As we begin to see the Lord, ourselves, and others through His eyes, healing begins. The unhealthy patterns that once defined you begin to wither, replaced by His peace and wholeness.
What to Expect
A typical session is 75 minutes and can take place at our Counseling Studio in Gilbert or virtually over Zoom.
1. A Safe Space to Process. Your counselor will listen to your story, creating a quiet, safe environment where you can be fully honest and fully seen.
2. Discerning the Heart. Together, we lean in to hear from the Holy Spirit. We look past the surface symptoms to discern what is actually happening in your heart.
3. Encountering the Healer. This is more than a conversation; it is an encounter. We facilitate a space for you to experience Jesus directly, letting His truth transform your perspective.

Counseling plus Learning Package
This signature package goes beyond a quick fix and includes three one-on-one heart counseling sessions plus transformation tools taught through eight self-paced video lessons and companion workbook. Its one thing to process and pray through heart issues, its another thing to learn how to pursue a lifestyle of transformation by discovering what is in your heart so you can take it to the Lord to encounter His healing and freedom at any point in your life journey.
